What's new, improved and fixed in StreamPilot.
Panels, Phrases & the Wheel
A new home for on-screen panels — schedule text, image, or HTML content to pop up on stream automatically, either on a repeating timer, at a fixed time each hour, or fired manually with one click. Free tier gets a background colour picker; Premium unlocks card shape, accent colour, custom fonts, font colour, and icons — including your own channel avatar, built-in emoji, or real platform logos (Twitch, Discord, TikTok, X, Facebook, Kick) with a satisfying roll-in/expand animation. Manual firing can now be granted to specific Crew members too, not just the Pilot. Overlay comes with its own Show/Hide toggle so it stays off-stream until you're ready, plus a masked URL and one-click regenerate if you ever need a fresh link.
Quick-fire custom chat messages for the moments that repeat every stream — thanking a raider, welcoming a new sub, shouting out a follower. Set up your own phrases with placeholders like {username} and {game}, then fire them in one click from the chat panel or straight from a viewer's profile card. A Premium feature.
A one-arm-bandit style spin wheel for stream goals, punishments, or viewer rewards — build named wheels with weighted items, choose whether winners stay in the mix or get removed from the reel (with the option to pin favourites so they're never drawn out), and fire spins straight from a Flight Deck widget or a dedicated control window. The OBS overlay plays a proper mechanical reel-spin animation with sound, landing on the winner with a bit of drama. A Premium feature.
Stream Management & The Big Purple Quiz
YouTube, TikTok and Kick added to Platform Connections with Coming Soon status, ready to activate once integrations go live
- Pilots can now remove mods directly from the Flight Crew page with immediate effect - Co-Pilots can request a Stand Down, suspending access pending Pilot approval - Mods under review see a holding page and can switch to their own channel if they have one - Stood down mods are automatically redirected in real time via the dashboard connection
Pilots can now choose how dates appear across StreamPilot — DD/MM/YYYY (UK default), MM/DD/YYYY (US), or YYYY-MM-DD (ISO) — from the Flight Plan settings.
Type !! your message in chat to instantly alert your whole crew. Choose from border flash or LED chase, fast or slow, your theme colour or rainbow, with an optional sound. Lives entirely on the Flight Deck — never touches Twitch chat or your overlays. Configure it in Flight Plan → Crew Alert.
Updated our privacy policy ahead of YouTube chat integration, covering exactly what data is accessed, why, and how to disconnect at any time. Read it at stream-pilot.co.uk/privacy.
Introduced the foundations for automated regression testing, helping ensure new updates are validated consistently before release and reducing the risk of existing features breaking.
Bring your community together with StreamPilot's biggest interactive game yet. Host live quizzes with multiple question types, category support, countdown timers, real-time scoring and audience participation, all designed to keep viewers engaged throughout your stream. Perfect for those moments when you need to step away for a few minutes without leaving your audience staring at an empty screen.
