What we collect
We collect only what we need to run StreamPilot. During Early Access this includes:
- Your name and email address to create and manage your account
- Your chosen display name shown on your dashboard
- Your Twitch channel username and approximate average viewer count, used to review your application and plan platform capacity
- Your country, used for deployment scheduling to plan around your community's timezone
- Your application reason and any additional links you chose to provide
- Your Twitch profile data (display name, avatar, channel ID) via the Twitch API once your account is approved and connected
- Stream activity data — viewer counts, follows, subscriptions and raids — to power your dashboard
- Your StreamPilot settings and preferences

Twitch connection
StreamPilot connects to your Twitch account using the official Twitch API and OAuth. We request only the permissions needed to run your dashboard. We never post to your channel, send messages, or take actions without your instruction. You can disconnect Twitch at any time from Settings → Connections — this removes the link but keeps your StreamPilot account.
YouTube connection
StreamPilot offers an optional YouTube integration using the official YouTube Data API and Google OAuth. Where connected, we access live chat messages from your active YouTube Live broadcast, used only to display YouTube chat alongside Twitch chat in StreamPilot's unified chat feed. We do not access your YouTube videos, channel analytics, or any data beyond live chat. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from Settings → Connections — this removes the link but keeps your StreamPilot account.
StreamPilot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Payments
No payment information is collected during Early Access. StreamPilot is free to use for all approved users during this period. In future, a monthly subscription will be introduced for Premium features — payment processing will be handled via Stripe and this policy will be updated accordingly before any billing is introduced.
Analytics
To help improve StreamPilot, we use Umami Analytics. Umami collects privacy-focused analytics including browser type, device information, approximate geographic location, pages visited, and feature usage. We do not use analytics data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Spam protection
Our Contact Us and Bug Report forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals to verify you're not a bot. This data is handled by Cloudflare in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not use Turnstile data for any purpose beyond spam prevention.
Chat & internal messages
Messages sent through StreamPilot's internal communication features are intended for use within the relevant streamer workspace. StreamPilot developers do not routinely monitor user communications. Channel owners may be able to view communications made by their moderation team where the feature is designed for collaboration.
